This Memorial Day Weekend the Chama Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Village of Chama are hosting the first annual Rio Chama Memorial Run! This is a 5K and 10K run/walk and will be held on Sunday, May 29th! Pre-registration will take place on Saturday, May 28th from 4 pm to 6 pm at the Chama Rodea Arena, and registration will also take place on Sunday, May 29th from 7 am to 8:45 am. The race will start at 9 am.
The 5K run has a $25.00 cash-only entry fee, and the 10K run has a $35.00 cash-only entry fee. Participants will receive a t-shirt and water bottle and the top runners will receive cash prized! The day of registration and race will be held at Gallegos Park located in Chama, NM.
