Don’t miss this fun-filled, family-friendly event in Chama, NM, on Memorial Day Weekend (May 28th and 29th)! On May 28th, starting at 9 am at the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad Train Depot, there will be a Flag Ceremony honoring our veterans. Next, enjoy a Draft Horse Competition at the Chama Rodeo Ground Arena, followed by the Boots & Buckles Kids Rodeo and an Open Rodeo. Finally, the day will wind down with the Ty Ranch Cornhole Competition! On May 29th, there will be the Rio Chama Memorial Run at Gallegos Park. This is a 5K and 10K race, and registration will begin at 7 am with the race starting at 9 am.
